Section 306
(1)
Where at any inquiry held by a Coroner it appears that the death of any workman was due to injuries received in the course of his employment, the Coroner shall transmit to the Commissioner for Labour a copy of the finding.
(2)
In this section, “workman” has the same meaning as in the Employment Act [Cap. 91].[305
