299. Depositions to be sent to Public Prosecutor
Feedback & supportWhenever any inquiry has been held, the Coroner shall forthwith transmit the depositions and records taken by him on the inquiry to the Public Prosecutor, together with a certificate to that effect duly filled up and signed by him. [298[Form 52.]
