76. Order to be made
Feedback & supportWhen a court acting under section 73, 74 or 75 considers it necessary to require any person to show cause under the section, it shall make an order in writing setting forth —

“writing” and “written” include printing, lithography, photography, engraving and every other mode in which words or figures can be expressed on paper or on any substance;
(a)
the substance of the information received;
(b)
the amount of the bond to be executed;
(c)
the term for which it is to be in force; and
(d)
