63. Damage to railway
Feedback & supportAny person who wilfully removes, destroys or damages any part of a cross‑border railway shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.

“cross-border railway” means a railway which —(a)has a railway network with a terminus in Singapore and runs to any part of peninsular Malaysia; and(b)is constructed under this Act;
