30. Application for or to renew licences
Feedback & supportAn application for or to renew a licence must be made to the LTA in accordance with this section.

“licence” means —(a)a railway assets operating licence; or(b)a cross-border train service licence;
An application for or to renew a licence must —
be in such form and manner as the LTA may determine;
be accompanied by an application fee, if prescribed; and
be accompanied by such prescribed information and any other additional information that the LTA requires to decide on the application.
The LTA may refuse to consider an application for or to renew a licence that is incomplete or not made in accordance with this section.
LTA
“LTA” means the Land Transport Authority of Singapore established under the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995;
