65. Administration of Act

It is the function of the LTA to administer this Act.

Defined · s 2
“LTA” means the Land Transport Authority of Singapore established under the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995;
(2)
The Minister may give to the LTA directions as to the performance by the LTA of its functions under this Act, and the LTA must give effect to those directions.
