Amendment of section 58
Section 58 of the Customs Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the colon at the end of the sixth line of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor a full-stop and by deleting the proviso thereto; and
(b)
by deleting the word “dutiable” in the seventh line of subsection (4) thereof.
