Amendment of section 119

Subsection (1) of section 119 of the Customs Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or exported” in the second line of paragraph (f) thereof and substituting therefor the expression “, exported or transhipped”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “five” in the penultimate line thereof and substituting therefor the word “ten”.
