Clause 25

Section 121 of the Customs Act is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (c) of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(c)stores, keeps or has in his possession any dutiable or prohibited goods except under customs control, or stores, keeps or has in his possession any uncustomed goods; or”.
