79. Claims to be submitted monthly
Feedback & supportClaims for drawback shall —
(a)
be made once a month in respect of tobacco exported during the month immediately preceding; and
(b)
be signed by the licensee who shall produce the relative duty receipts for endorsement by the proper officer of customs.
