Lots or stacks to be labelled
Subregulation 1
The proper officer of customs may require a manufacturer to affix to every lot or stack of duty-paid goods or of the manufactured goods stored in the premises a stock-card or other label in such form as he may specify.
Subregulation 2
Such stock-card or label shall show the quantity and description of the contents of the lot or stack.
