Exemptions from this Act
(1)
Nothing in this Act shall operate to prevent the practice of medicine or surgery by a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Registration Act [Cap. 174].
(2)
Nothing in this Act shall operate to prevent the training of medical and dental students in the practice of dentistry under the supervision of a registered dentist in a hospital or dental school approved for the purposes of this section by the Minister.[28
