Section 25

Any owner or occupier of any premises, on whom any order made under section 9 has been served, who refuses, fails or neglects to comply with any of the terms thereof shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both, and to a further fine not exceeding $100 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.

No owner or occupier shall be punishable under this section for neglect to comply with any order in respect of which he has appealed as provided in section 17 unless the order has been confirmed on appeal. [21
