Section 26

Penalty for obstructing Commissioner, etc.

Any person who obstructs the Commissioner or a Medical Officer of Health or a public health auxiliary or any person engaged in carrying out the provisions of this Act in any act authorised by or under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
