4. Administration of Act

(1)

It is the function of the Authority to administer this Act.

(2)

Despite anything in the Interpretation Act 1965, the Info‑communications Media Development Authority Act 2016 or any other law, the powers conferred or duties imposed upon the Authority by any provision of this Act are non‑delegable to a company mentioned in section 38(1)(d) of the Info‑communications Media Development Authority Act 2016.
