Regulation 3
Application of income of Endowment Fund for provision of scholarships, bursaries and awards
The income of the Endowment Fund may be paid out and expended —
under section 6(1)(b) of the Act, for the provision of scholarships to full-time pupils enrolled at any of the following educational institutions:
any Government school or Government-aided school;
any Government junior college or Government-aided junior college;
any independent school;
any specified educational institution;
under section 6(1)(d) of the Act, for the provision of scholarships to any pupil enrolled in any educational institution referred to in paragraph (a) who is absent from the educational institution under a leave of absence scheme offered by that educational institution; and
under section 6(1)(d) of the Act, for the provision of bursaries and awards to any full‑time pupil enrolled in —
any educational institution referred to in paragraph (a);
the Institute of Technical Education; (iii)any polytechnic; or
any special education school determined by the Minister.
