Regulation 9

Duty to have specified EV chargers periodically inspected

The specified person must ensure that every specified EV charger is inspected and certified by a prescribed competent person as follows:

(a)

after the end of 6 months starting on the start date of the specified period;

(b)

thereafter, at intervals of at least 6 months starting on the date of the last certification.
