Employment under injurious conditions
Subregulation 1
No child or young person shall be employed in any occupation or in any place or under working conditions injurious or likely to be injurious to the health of that child or young person.
Subregulation 2
The certificate of a registered medical practitioner shall be conclusive upon the question of whether an occupation or any place or working conditions is or are injurious or likely to be injurious to the health of the child or young person.
