2. Application of Rules

These Rules apply to —

all proceedings under Part 3 of the Act; and

every application to a District Court under section 7(2) or (4) of the Act.

Subject to paragraph (3), the Rules of Court 2021 do not apply to the following:

any proceedings before a tribunal or the Registrar;

any procedure for proceedings in a District Court or in the General Division of the High Court for which provision is made in these Rules.

Paragraph (2) does not affect the application of Order 23 of the Rules of Court 2021 to committal proceedings before a tribunal.

These Rules apply to —

all proceedings under Part 3 of the Act; and
