80I. Form and validity of cleaning business licence

Every cleaning business licence —
cleaning business licence
“cleaning business licence” means a licence granted under section 80G(1);
must be in such form as the Director‑General may determine;
must contain the conditions subject to which it was granted; and
is valid for the period stated therein unless it is earlier revoked under section 80J.

Every cleaning business licence (other than a prescribed class of cleaning business licence) may be renewed upon its expiry.
Sections 80F, 80G and 80H apply, with the necessary modifications, to the renewal and an application for the renewal of a cleaning business licence.
