Withdrawal of charge

Subregulation 1

The Council may withdraw any charge with the consent of the Disciplinary Committee.
Subregulation 2

A withdrawal of a charge under paragraph (1) does not amount to a determination that there is no sufficient cause for disciplinary action against a respondent.
