Regulation 5
Admission of charge
Subregulation 1
Every notice under regulation 4(2) shall give the respondent the opportunity to admit the charge in writing within 14 days after such notice is served on him.
Subregulation 2
Where a respondent admits a charge and the statement of case without qualification under paragraph (1), the Disciplinary Committee may give such directions as it may consider desirable for the just, expeditious and economical hearing and disposal of the disciplinary action.
