8. Amendment of pleadings
Feedback & supportA charge, statement of case, defence, reply, rejoinder or any other document may only be amended by the party who filed the document with the permission of the Disciplinary Committee.
Permission to amend may be granted under paragraph (1) if the Disciplinary Committee is satisfied that it is just to do so.
Where the Disciplinary Committee grants permission to amend under paragraph (1), it may impose such terms or conditions as it thinks fit.
Subregulation 1
