Section 43

The Minister may by order to be published in the Gazette exempt from any of the provisions of sections 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40 any class or type of pressure vessel to which he is satisfied that such provision cannot reasonably be applied. Any such exemption may be unqualified or may be subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order.[41
