Section 50

Any person aggrieved by an order made by the Chief Inspector under section 49 may within 14 days of the order appeal to the Minister who may rescind or vary the order.

Notwithstanding that an appeal has been made under subsection (1), the aggrieved person shall comply with the order pending the outcome of the appeal and the Chief Inspector may exercise the powers conferred by section 49(3).[48
