24. Imprest Warrant

Subject to any direction or condition the Minister may impose, the Accountant‑General may by an Imprest Warrant authorise the issue of an imprest to any officer or to any other person who is required to disburse public moneys and who cannot conveniently submit vouchers direct to the Accountant‑General.
