28. Annual statements of accounts

The Accountant‑General must keep, and maintain up‑to‑date, such books of account as will enable the statements required by section 18 of the Act to be prepared.

After the end of each financial year, the Accountant‑General must prepare and submit to the Minister the statements required by section 18 of the Act.
