173S. Interpretation of this Division

Amended

Last amended by an amending law of 2024.

In this Division ––“Commercial Affairs Officer” means a Commercial Affairs Officer appointed under section 64 of the Police Force Act 2004;“police officer” means a member of the Singapore Police Force.
