168. Interpretation of this Part

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires —“book” has the meaning given by section 17;“licensee” has the meaning given by section 136(1);“prescribed financial institution” has the meaning given by section 28B;“relevant person” means a person mentioned in section 169(1)(a), (ba), (c), (e) or (f).
