28C. Prescribed financial institutions

Last amended by an amending law of 2023.

For the purposes of this Part, the Authority may by regulations made under section 192 prescribe —

(a)

a bank in Singapore as a bank in Singapore to which this Part applies; and

(b)

a financial institution (other than a bank) as a financial institution to which this Part applies.
