14B. Application for or to renew free trade zone operator licences

An application for or to renew an FTZ operator licence must be made to the Director-General in accordance with this section.
Director-General
“Director-General” means the Director‑General of Customs appointed under section 4(1) of the Customs Act 1960;
An application for or to renew an FTZ operator licence must —
be made in the form and manner determined by the Director-General; and
be accompanied by the information and documents that the Director-General requires to decide the application.
The Director-General may refuse to consider an application for or to renew an FTZ operator licence that is incomplete or not made in accordance with this Act.
