14C. Grant, etc., of free trade zone operator licences

(1)
After considering any application for or to renew an FTZ operator licence, the Director-General may —

“Director-General” means the Director‑General of Customs appointed under section 4(1) of the Customs Act 1960;
(a)
grant the applicant an FTZ operator licence or renew the FTZ operator licence, as the case may be; or
(b)
refuse to grant or renew the FTZ operator licence, as the case may be.
(2)
An FTZ operator licence is not transferrable.
