14G. Free trade zone operators may allow erection of private buildings, etc.

(1)
Subject to subsection (2), a licensed FTZ operator of a free trade zone may permit any person to erect any buildings and other structures within the free trade zone as may be required, subject to any conditions that the licensed FTZ operator may impose.

“free trade zone” means any area declared to be a free trade zone under section 3(1);

Any permission under subsection (1) does not constitute a vested right as against the licensed FTZ operator or the Government.
