Clause 46
Penalty
Any person who is guilty of an offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder for which no other penalty is expressly provided by this Act or the regulations made thereunder shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
