Regulation 3

The Section 16 Notification remains in force and is deemed to have been made by the Minister under the definition of “regulated person” in section 2 of the IMDA Act.

The references to section 16(3)(a)(i) and (ii) of the Media Development Authority of Singapore Act in the Schedule to the Section 16 Notification are to be taken as references to paragraph (b) of the definition of “regulated person” in section 2 of the IMDA Act.

The references to section 16(3)(b) of the Media Development Authority of Singapore Act in the Schedule to the Section 16 Notification are to be taken as references to paragraph (a) of the definition of “regulated person” in section 2 of the IMDA Act.
