Appointment of transferred MDA employee under principal Act

Subregulation 1

This regulation applies to a transferred MDA employee who, immediately before the appointed date, holds any appointment under a principal Act.

The transferred MDA employee’s appointment under the principal Act continues until —

(a)

the appointment is revoked under that Act;

(b)

the term of the appointment expires; or

(c)

the employee vacates his or her office, for any reason, before the expiry of the term of the appointment.
