6. Appointment of transferred IDA employee under principal Act

(1)

This regulation applies to a transferred IDA employee —

(a)

who, immediately before the appointed date, holds any appointment under a principal Act; and

(b)

whose function under that Act is a transferred IDA function.

(2)

The transferred IDA employee’s appointment under the principal Act continues until —

(a)

the appointment is revoked under that Act;

(b)

the term of the appointment expires; or

(c)

the employee vacates his or her office, for any reason, before the expiry of the term of the appointment.

Subregulation 1

This regulation applies to a transferred IDA employee —

(a)

who, immediately before the appointed date, holds any appointment under a principal Act; and

(b)

whose function under that Act is a transferred IDA function.

Subregulation 2

The transferred IDA employee’s appointment under the principal Act continues until —

(a)

the appointment is revoked under that Act;

(b)

the term of the appointment expires; or

(c)

the employee vacates his or her office, for any reason, before the expiry of the term of the appointment.
