Application of other subsidiary legislation
The Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Bankruptcy) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 587/2020) and the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Personal Insolvency) Rules 2020 apply, with the necessary modifications, to the practice and procedure in any proceedings under Part 15 of the Act and these Regulations for which no specific provision has been made by these Regulations.
