Regulation 38
Disposal of records and papers
The Official Assignee may, 5 years after the date on which a debt repayment scheme ceases to be applicable to a debtor under section 298 of the Act, destroy or otherwise deal with the records and papers relating to that debt repayment scheme in such manner as the Official Assignee thinks fit.
