Appointment of committees

Section 11
(1)
The Council and the Board may appoint such committees as the Council and the Board respectively may think fit.
(2)
Unless otherwise expressly provided in regulations made under this Act, any such committee may consist partly of persons who are not members of the Council or of the Board, as the case may be.
