19. Annual report

(1)
The Institute shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, submit to the Minister an annual report of the activities of the Institute during that year.

“Institute” means the Institute of Education established under section 3.

The Minister shall as soon practicable cause a copy of every such report to be presented to Parliament.[16B
