15. Funds of Institute

All moneys received or raised by the Institute shall be controlled and administered by the Council subject to the directions of the Minister.

Defined · s 2
“Institute” means the Institute of Education established under section 3.
(2)
Such moneys shall be devoted solely to the following purposes:
(a)
the payment of the expenses of or connected with the administration of the Institute; and
(b)
the payment of all expenses necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.[14
