Regulation 9
Recording of punishment
Subregulation 1
Any punishment imposed on an inmate under these Regulations shall be recorded in a register.
Subregulation 2
The number and name of the inmate, the nature of the offence for which the punishment is imposed and such other details as the Director of Prisons or the person appointed under section 18A(1)(b) of the Act may require, shall also be recorded in the register.
