Nuisance to users
No person in a park shall wilfully obstruct, disturb, interrupt or annoy any other person in the proper use of the park, or wilfully obstruct, disturb or interrupt any officer or employee of the Corporation in the proper execution of any work in connection with the laying out or maintenance of the ground or in the carrying out of any of the provisions of these Regulations.
