Definitions
In these Regulations —“Manager” means the Parks and Recreation Agent appointed by the Corporation and includes an authorised officer employed by the agent;“parks” includes any walk, recreation ground, playground, lake, open space, traffic island and garden maintained by the Manager;“vehicle” means a vehicle whether mechanically propelled or otherwise.
