Regulation 11
Offenders may be ordered to leave park
Subregulation 1
The Manager or a duly authorised employee of the Corporation may order any person who commits or who in his opinion is about to commit a breach of any of these Regulations to leave the park and that person shall forthwith do so.
Subregulation 2
Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Regulations or fails to comply with an order of the Manager or a duly authorised employee of the Corporation to leave the park shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.
Subregulation 3
Where any admission charge has been levied and paid, no refund of the charge shall be made to any such person.
