11. Offenders may be ordered to leave park
Feedback & supportThe Manager or a duly authorised employee of the Corporation may order any person who commits or who in his opinion is about to commit a breach of any of these Regulations to leave the park and that person shall forthwith do so.
Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Regulations or fails to comply with an order of the Manager or a duly authorised employee of the Corporation to leave the park shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.
Where any admission charge has been levied and paid, no refund of the charge shall be made to any such person.
Subregulation 1
