Clause 17
In the principal Act, in section 10, replace subsection (3) with —“(3) Subject to the provisions of this Act, any assurance, dealing or caveat affecting a lot may be registered or notified in the same manner and form as any assurance, dealing or caveat registered or notified under the Land Titles Act 1993.
(4)
Any assurance, dealing or caveat that is registered or notified in accordance with subsection (3) has the same effect as a similar assurance, dealing or caveat (as the case may be) registered or notified under the Land Titles Act 1993 that affects part of registered land comprised in a subdivision plan submitted to the competent authority.”.
