Clause 26

In the principal Act, in section 127, after subsection (3), insert —“(3A) Where the registered lessees of those flats who altogether own not less than 25% of the total number of those flats comprised in a building or buildings erected on the land have agreed in writing to apply for the issue of subsidiary strata certificates of title for those flats, all the remaining registered lessees of the flats comprised in the building or buildings and all the respective successors in title or assigns are deemed to have applied for the issue of subsidiary strata certificates of title for the flats.”.
