Clause 20
In the principal Act, in section 78 —
(a)
in subsections (4), (5), (8) and (10), replace “subsection (1)” with “subsection (1A)”;
(b)
in subsection (9), replace “order should not be made under subsection (1)” with “order should not be made under subsection (1A)”; and
(c)
in subsection (11)(b) and (c), after “a Board”, insert “or the General Division of the High Court”.
