Clause 7
In the principal Act, in section 84FB —
(a)
replace subsection (1) with —“(1) This section applies where —
(a)
there are subsisting leases registered under the Land Titles Act 1993 of all or some of the lots in a strata title plan; and
(b)
all the subsisting leases mentioned in paragraph (a) are each for a leasehold tenure of 850 years or more, or for any other tenure specified by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), after “cash or kind”, insert a comma.
